石化产业园区在走向循环经济发展的道路上,既迎来了新的发展机遇,但也面临着严峻的挑战,资源环境安全等约束日益趋紧。为了石化产业园区能够和谐稳步发展,分析了石化产业园区的危险性特点,强调了安全环保规划在园区发展中的作用和地位,总结了以往园区发展中存在的诸多问题,并提出了今后园区建设的安全环保规划重点任务,以期为做好石化产业园区的安全环保规划提供理论指导。

产业集群在演化过程中面临着路径依赖和锁定效应的风险。从景德镇陶瓷产业集群创新能力衰退的原因分析入手,提出景德镇陶瓷产业集群升级的关键在于摆脱低效率的路径依赖,通过路径创造以实现产业结构的优化,进而促进景德镇陶瓷产业集群发展成为具有创新力和竞争力的区域创新系统。     

Optimal maintenance scheduling of a gas engine power plant using generalized disjunctive programming

A new continuous‐time model for long‐term scheduling of a gas engine power plant with parallel units is presented. Gas engines are shut down according to a regular maintenance plan that limits the number of hours spent online. To minimize salary expenditure with skilled labor, a single maintenance team is considered which is unavailable during certain periods of time. Other challenging constraints involve constant minimum and variable maximum power demands. The objective is to maximize the revenue from electricity sales assuming seasonal variations in electricity pricing by reducing idle times and shutdowns in high‐tariff periods. By first developing a generalized disjunctive programming model and then applying both big‐M and hull reformulation techniques, we reduce the burden of finding the appropriate set of mixed‐integer linear constraints. Through the solution of a real‐life problem, we show that the proposed formulations are very efficient computationally, while gaining valuable insights about the system. © 2014 American Institute of Chemical Engineers AIChE J, 60: 2083–2097, 2014     

Inventory pinch based,multiscale models for integrated planning and scheduling‐part II: Gasoline blend scheduling

Integration of planning and scheduling optimizes simultaneous decisions at both levels, thereby leading to more efficient operation. A three‐level discrete‐time algorithm which uses nonlinear models and integrates planning and detailed scheduling is introduced: first level optimizes nonlinear blend models via multiperiod nonlinear programming (NLP), where period boundaries are initially determined by the inventory pinch points; second level uses fixed recipes (from the first level) in a multiperiod mixed‐integer linear program to determine first an optimal production plan and then to optimize an approximate schedule which minimizes the total number of switches in blenders and swing tanks; third level computes detailed schedules that adhere to inventory constraints computed in the approximate schedule. If inventory infeasibilities appear at the second or the third level, the first‐level periods are subdivided and blend recipes are reoptimized. Algorithm finds the same or better solutions and is substantially faster than previously published full‐space continuous‐time model. © 2014 American Institute of Chemical Engineers AIChE J, 60: 2475–2497, 2014

开发区区域环评与规划环评的比较研究

规划环评和区域环评有很多重复以及相似之处,但又各有不同或侧重点。然而,这一点在相关实践及环评报告编制过程中并没有很明确的体现,反而出现了混乱。因此,本文从评价内容、评价重点、评价对象、原则等方面对区域环评和规划环评进行比较,一方面通过比较能够进行更明确的区分,另一方面通过对比来预测开发区环评的未来趋势。

MAPGIS在基于后果安全规划法中的运用探讨

基于事故后果的安全规划法常运用于重大危险源的土地使用规划,MAPGIS具有空间地理信息方面的功能优势。安全规划的图形可以在MAPGIS环境下进行数据的提取、转换、共享、属性调整和危险分区,实现基于后果的安全规划法与MAPGIS技术的结合。以某规划的石化项目发生池火灾为实证分析,结合有关计算模型,模拟得到了MAPGIS环境下有关池火灾的危险分区图。     

基于视觉的机械臂轨迹优化方法研究

针对应用视觉系统进行工件抓取时,工件相互遮挡导致识别工件不准确且抓取效率较低的问题,提出基于视觉的机械臂轨迹优化方法。由相机采集工件图像信息,通过标定机械臂坐标系、工件坐标系及相机坐标系,建立“手眼”坐标关系,基于点云数据对工件识别与定位;提出改进遗传-鲸鱼混合轨迹规划算法,以控制工件抓取过程。对机械臂的3个重要关节进行了运动仿真与实验测试。仿真结果显示：改进的遗传-鲸鱼混合算法收敛速度更快,搜索能力更强,优化后的抓取时间比基本遗传算法优化的抓取时间减少了2.3 s。实验结果表明：基于点云识别的机械臂抓取成功率达到93.75%,极大提高了抓取效率,验证了算法的有效性。
